Reminder to Self

So people who "know" me know what I do for a living and know that above all else I LOVE what I do.

I haven't been able to "do" my job because of my present health situation but I received a phone call today that reminded me why I love what I do so much.

And it was nice.

And I needed the reminder.

And that's all I wanted to say...for now :)

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple strudels
Door bells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winters that melt into Springs

When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
